Mark and Christine are husband and wife owners of Hammer Time Fitness. Their story began with two like-minded souls and a shared passion for fitness, health and helping others achieve their very best. Opening a boutique training studio in 2008 has allowed them to create a personalized experience for thousands of clients. Mark and Christine, and their exceptional coaches (Leigh and Megan) work tirelessly to improve their clients health, happiness, and fitness!

What is flexible dieting, and how is it any different
than anything I have heard of before?
Flexible dieting is an approach to nutrition that is based on science and psychology. It provides a high degree of flexibility in terms of food choices and daily meals. There are no good foods/bad foods!
We will coach you on how to eat the foods YOU love and still get the body YOU WANT! We believe whole foods nourish our bodies best ... plenty of vegetables, clean protein, and healthy fats gives us energy, prevents disease, helps us maintain a healthy weight.
